We've all seen the big promises. If you're in a fitness program to build muscle fast, not just lose weight or maintain a cushy "overall lifestyle health", the magazines and books treat you completely different; how they seem to regard your intelligence is no exception. The fact is unless you've planned out a fat burning exercise program, you probably aren't doing one. Most of the exercises we're led to believe are best for burning fat, are in reality not that great. If you educate yourself on what exercises are wroth spending time on, concentrate your time on those exercises you'll increase your chances of successful weight loss ten fold. And trust me once you start to lose the extra fat the muscle will follow very quickly.
